Nonostante avessi chiesto di mantenere una temperatura alta perché in viaggio con mia madre anziana, abbiamo avuto un gelido sonno e ancor più gelido risveglio visto che hanno spento i termosifoni. La temperatura non si può controllare dalla stanza. Mi sembra una cosa assurda nel 2026 dove le strutture dovrebbero offrire più comfort, non meno. Sebbene la posizione sia buona e il posto pulito, l’impossibilità di regolare la temperatura, la televisione non funzionante e il rumore dell’ascensore che mi ha svegliato tutta la notte, non mi fanno venire voglia di ritornarci. Magari solo in caso di estrema necessità.

Loved everything about this charming hotel. The location couldn't be better. It's walking distance to everything in San Severo, including the train station, historic area, great restaurants, the park. Breakfast is served in a wonderful cafe (Regina's) across the street where you can sit outside and watch the street action. It is a new property and is kept spotless. I arrived very late at night and the owner's daughter picked me up at the train station and brought me to the hotel! I've never experienced customer service like this! Highly recommend Miryam House!
