"The room was beautiful and the view was even better. It is walkable to the piazza and the cabs are quick to pick you up from the hotel and only 10-13 minutes to the train station. The lady at the front desk was so nice and helpful. We were able to leave our bags in the small lobby/office room locked up and the staff that works at the restaurant next door unlocked the office to let us get our bags and called us a cab."

"This was not a genuine 4 star Hotel. It was dated with problems with the bathroom etc - sink not draining etc Parking was absurd. 30 minutes notice required to get your car for 30 euro. We paid nearly $350 Australian a night which was ridiculous for the Hotel quality. It was not NH standard nor 4 star standard. I am regular stayer at NH Hotels & generally find them good but not this one. The stay has me seriously rethinking using Expedia going forward. You can see from my spending with Expedia I am good regular user & never complain. But with this stay I feel very short changed "
