Great apartment with a nice garden

We had a very nice stay. The host was very friendly and responded quickly to questions. The apartment is beautiful, well equipped and very clean. The garden is beautiful and suitable for playing and barbecuing. Only 2 small "negative" points: The sofa bed is only suitable for children. The wifi is very slow.

Perfect beach stay

The apartment was the perfect stay for our first family holiday with our nine month daughter. It’s a five minute walk away from the beautiful La Cinta beach and a short walk into the centre. The apartment was really comfortable and had everything we needed, including everything we needed for the baby and a great outdoor space too.

Wonderful holiday

We had a fantastic holiday staying at Marinella’s property. A perfect location, 5 minutes walk to the busy, but beautiful La Cinta beach and the town of San Teodoro with plenty of bars, restaurants and cafes. The property had everything we needed for our stay with a lovely garden at the back and patio area for eating out at the front. We visited 8 beaches during our stay, using the beach bus, public bus and by hiring bycyles, all very easy to access. A wonderful holiday in a perfect location, many thanks Marinella.

Beautiful stay

We stayed in the apartment for 2 weeks between June and July. The apartment is quite small, but very nice and clean. The wonderful beach La Cinta is located about 15 minutes by foot and the centre of the San Teodoro also about 15 minutes by foot. The location is very good. Marinella is really kind and helpful if you have any questions.

Kaffeemaschine ist Espressobereiter

Der Garten hat große Kiefern, die angenehm Schatten spenden. Hier lässt es sich schön entspannen. Das Schlafzimmer hat eine schöne Lage mit Gartenzugang. Für zwei Personen zu empfehlen aber für vier Personen unvorteilhaft, weil kein weiteres Schlafzimmer zur Verfügung steht, sondern ein Klappsofa in der Küche. Keine Kaffeemaschine in dem Sinne vorhanden, sondern ein Espressobereiter. Föhn vorhanden. Lage gut, da nicht direkt an der Straße. Stadt und Strand zu Fuß binnen cirka 10 Minuten erreichbar.

Great place to stay in San Teodoro

The property was clean and perfect for me and my partner. It was a quick walk or bike ride to La Cinta beach and had some good restaurants nearby. Marinella was communicative and super helpful. She helped find us a company to rent bikes from, which made the stay even more delightful. The outdoor area was really nice to relax in. We would definitely come back.

Soggiorno a San Teodoro

Bella casa ben accessoriata a cinque minuti dal mare, abbiamo molto apprezzato giardino e spazi esterni. L'unica nota negativa il divano letto non molto comodo. Si potrebbe migliorare ulteriormente installando un climatizzatore. Consigliata, tenendo presente che la spiaggia vicina, La Cinta, è stupenda ma frequentatissima.

Sehr zu empfehlen

Im Haus ist alles da was man braucht, sehr sauber. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet - da gibts nichts zu wünschen. Deutsches TV sowie Spülmaschine fehlen zum perfekten Platz. Sowohl die Stadt als auch der Strand sind bequem zu Fuss zu erreichen.

Ottimo Soggiorno

Casa pulita ordinata e con tutto l’occorrente neccessario per essere completamente autonomi nel soggiorno . L’unica pecca è l’assenza del condizionatore , noi soffriamo molto il caldo e quando si chiude la casa per uscire ( visto che è al piano terra e non si possono lasciare aperte le finestre ) si trasforma in un vero e proprio “forno”. Tuttavia è comunque presente un ventilatore. Condizionatore da montare assolutamente per godersi a pieno la casa (a mio avviso) . Per il resto tutto perfetto, giardino con barbecue bellissimo posizione perfetta vicino al centro di San Teodoro

Appartamento Bilo

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo bilocale a luglio 2020 (9 notti) e siamo stati magnificamente. La casa é situata in posizione strategica, spiaggia la Cinta a soli dieci minuti a piedi, giardino di proprietà molto curato e da noi sfruttato a pieno nei momenti in cui nostra figlia faceva una siesta, silenzioso. Centro a 20 minuti circa a piedi, in prossimità dell’appartamento vi sono comunque delle pizzerie, ristoranti ed una pescheria. Non da ultimo il parcheggio privato, la doccia esterna e gli stendini per far asciugare le salviette del mare e la biancheria lavata sono stati molto apprezzati. La cucina è ben accessoriata e la doccia funziona molto bene. Lo consigliamo vivamente!

Che Bella Viletta / Schönes Ferienhaus

Es war unser erster Urlaub in einem Ferienhaus. Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin (Anfahrt & Informationen) war sehr gut. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Ein kleines schönes Häuschen mit gepflegtem großem Garten (den man mit dem Nachbarhaus teilt). Grill und viele Sitzmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Die Inneneinrichtung wie auf den Bildern. Alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber. Die Küche ist mit allem notwendigen Geschirr ausgestattet. Großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Bad sehr geräumig mit Waschmaschine. Großer Wäscheständer vorhanden. Von Vorteil wäre ein Moskitonetz. Strand ist gut zu Fuß in ca 10 min zu erreichen. Kleiner Supermarkt zu Fuß in 5 min. Auch im Centro ist man fussläufig in ein paar Minuten. Parkplatz vor dem Haus vorhanden. Müllabfuhr hatte uns mal vergessen, war aber nicht weiter schlimm. Ich hoffe, dass die kommenden Mieter, dieses schöne Häuschen und das Mobiliar ordentlich behandeln. Wir werden die Zeit in guter Erinnerung behalten und sicher gerne wieder kommen. Grazie Marinella ! La descrizione e le foto della casa rispecchiano esattamente la realtà. Posto tranquillissimo di notte non si sentiva un rumore se non i grilli. Posizione della casa ottima vicina alla spiaggia la Cinta e al centro di San Teodoro noi abbiamo raggiunto sempre tutto a piedi. Fantastico il giardino della casa dove dopo una giornata di sole in spiaggia ti puoi rilassare all’ombra sui lettini. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili. Consiglio a tutti questa proprietà.

Un piccolo gioiello

La casa rispecchia esattamente la descrizione, posizione perfetta sia per raggiungere comodamente la spiaggia, sia per il centro di San Teodoro. Giardino e portico rappresentano un plus da sottolineare. Gli interni sono curati e le dotazioni sufficienti ad un soggiorno comodo e piacevole. La nostra bimba si è sentita quasi come a casa. Da sottolineare anche la gentilezza ed al contempo la non ingerenza dei proprietari. Nonostante il caos di Agosto, San Teodoro è risultata vivibile e divertente.

Relax e tranquillità

Villetta accogliente e molto comoda con tutto l'indispensabile. Giardino esterno molto curato e condiviso con la villetta adiacente. Posizione tranquilla, vicina al centro e all'inizio de La Cinta. Anche il nostro bimbo di 6 anni è stato bene e ha sfruttato lo spazio all'aperto. Se torneremo a S.Teodoro sicuramente sarà la nostra prima scelta. No aria condizionata ma ventilatori utili nelle giornate più calde.

Bellissima vacanza

La casa piccola e ordinata si trova a due passi dal centro del paese e alla spiaggia la cinta. Comodissimo il parcheggio privato. L’unica pecca il giardino in condivisione con un’altra villetta. Bisognerebbe avere due barbecue.

Sehr schöner Urlaub in einer gepflegten und ruhigen Ferienwohnung

Es war alles sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders der Garten ist eine richtig kleine Ruhe-Oase. Zum perfekten Glück, fehlte uns nur ein Miskito-Netz, zum Beispiel am Badfenster, damit die Wohnung richtig gelüftet werden kann. War nachts dadurch ziemlich warm im Haus.

Gute , ruhige Lage

Schönes, kleines Haus mit großem Garten. Sehr gute Lage, ruhig und dennoch sehr zentral. Max. 10 Minuten zum Strand und auch ins Ortszentrum. Einziges kleines Manko: die Ausstattung des Hauses ist schon recht einfach, wirklich nur das allernötigste ist vorhanden, darüberhinaus Fehlanzeige. Daher ein Stern Abzug.
