"Superb host, always readily available. Stunning property in a highly desirable area near monte petrosu, close to all the stunning beaches and san Teodoro downtown, but away from noise. Very nice breeze given the house position. Very good parking space. Fenced in and secure for kids. Beautifully landscaped and maintained garden. Please read well the fine prints for the AC use so there are no unexpected questions. Highly recommended for families. Would come back again"

"Casa bellissima. Svegliarsi al mattino e fare colazione guardando il mare vuol dire iniziare bene la giornata. La doccia in giardino è fantastica! Casa grande e confortevole. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e carinissimi. Al ristorante di fronte danno la possibilità di fare da asporto, quindi anche cena facile e veloce! Tutto perfetto. Grazie ai proprietari di tutto. "This villa had everything we needed for a wonderful holiday. Well equipped and comfortable with plenty of space for all of us. There's a hotel opposite for breakfast or ice creams when you feel like it. The nearest beach is walking distance but we found it worthwhile getting a car to explore the area. Wonderful swimming all around. We'd love to come back!"

It is a 5 minute walk to the closest beach (or 1 min drive) and about 5 mins drive to Brandinchi beach which is simply beautiful. The Villa requires lots of improvements to properly fit with the price paid for it. Lack of care in many things unfortunately impacted negatively most of our first week. "The house is suitable for all ages and located about 15 minutes from La Cinta beach and about 18 minutes from San Teodoro, where there's more to do. Lovely and very responsive hosts! They were happy to make recommendations throughout the week. Well-stocked kitchen and wonderful outdoor area. While the bedrooms are comfortable, ask for warmer if you get cold at night sleeping with AC because as they only provide sheets and thin quilts."

"Our stay at the holiday villa was awesome. The villa's location was perfect – peaceful but not far from restaurants and amazing beaches. The car is a must if you want to explore nearby beaches and villages. The villa's beauty and peacefulness took us far away from our daily routine. The garden with flowers was so calming. If you want a relaxing and beautiful place to recharge, this villa is it. We totally recommend it and can't wait to go back!"

Lovely little stay
"Stefania was amazing and incredibly attentive, the house was lovely though not quite what we expected from the photographs and description, the bedrooms are lovely and it's been very nicely decorated however the kitchen area doesn't get much light, you need a light on all the times. In the description it mentioned there were 2 bathrooms, however, the second bathroom was a small outside shower at the bottom of the garden. Lovely beaches nearby definitely recommend if you want a chilled beach holiday, though you'll definitely need a car to get around."
