Wooden beamed ceilings, terracotta tiles and natural stone walls create a warm atmosphere. Spend cosy hours at the dining table and plan your excursions for the day ahead. The kitchen is practically equipped and offers everything you need for self-catering.



The outdoor area invites you to relax with its spacious garden and pool, which you share with the other guests. Enjoy the sunny days on one of the sun loungers by the pool or find a shady spot under the overgrown pergola. There is also an area with a table and chairs for outdoor dining as well as a small playground and a table football table for leisure activities.



Explore the historic towns of Montefalco, Bevagna and Trevi, or visit the impressive Clitunno springs. Enjoy the impressive landscape on one of the many secluded panoramic roads and let yourself be enchanted by the tranquillity of this special place.
