Imagine stepping out your door directly onto the sand in your swimming costume by day 🏖️, and strolling into the vibrant pedestrian heart of town by night—no cars, no stress, just pure coastal living at your fingertips 🥂.<br>The Garden and Amenities 🌿<br>At your disposal, you’ll find a fully equipped area in the “Casa del Mare” garden, perfect for al fresco dining or simply relaxing between sunbathing sessions 🍝. An elegant cream-colored wooden parasol will provide shade during the hottest hours of the day ⛱️. For the convenience of all guests, a laundry room is available 🧺, as well as a small sink in the side courtyard, useful for various purposes.<br>The Sea at Your Doorstep 🌊<br>Right in front of you, just the beach and the sound of the waves. Right across from the property is the “Mediterraneo” beach club (open May–Sept), where you can rent umbrellas and sun loungers; from October to April, the area reverts to a free public beach 🐚. On either side, wide stretches of free beach allow you to enjoy the sun in total freedom. We provide some beach umbrellas and chairs free of charge 🆓.<br>Note for our four-legged friends: 🐾 Dogs are not allowed on the beach from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM; we recommend the nearby Dog Beach for off-leash play.<br>Parking and Logistics 🚗<br>A large private garage next to the accommodation is available upon request (additional fees apply): please contact us for information and reservations 🔑. Alternatively, you’ll find paid parking in the nearby Piazza A. Gramsci (€1.50/hour) or free parking areas near the Coop supermarket and above the train station.<br>Care and Respect ✨<br>We kindly ask our guests to show the utmost respect for the home and the shared garden.
