It is located 30 meters from the beach (about 1 minute walk) and 80 meters from the pedestrian area of San Vincenzo.
On the ground floor of the building is the Conad city supermarket.
The beach in front of the house is very beautiful, made of sand and without rocks.
The apartment is 70 square meters and has:
