At Via Emilia Romagna 413, within the San Luigi residential complex, we rent a ground-floor apartment with a private garden and private parking space.
The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, one double bedroom, and a bathroom (without window) equipped with a shower. Please note that the shower has a step at the entrance and is therefore not suitable for guests with mobility issues (as shown in the photos). Both the living room and the bedroom have direct access to the pleasant private garden, which features both a dining area and a relaxation area.
AMENITIES: induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee machine, washing machine, small TV, air conditioning.
SLEEPS 4: one double bed and one sofa bed.
