Via Pianosa is located at the beginning of the area called Conchiglia, it is located north of the town and extends to the neighboring municipality of Castagneto Carducci, where we find a long stretch of beach bordered by 8 km of beautiful Mediterranean scrub. Here the beach is sandy, very wide and the sea is crystal clear. We find some bathing establishments (the Conchiglia precisely, the Perla, the Bucaniere) and 8 km of pristine beach where you can take long and pleasant walks.
In a beautiful location, via Pianosa n.1, at the beginning of the Conchiglia area, two-room attic apartment on the second and last floor of a small building.

Internally it consists of a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom (not windowed) with shower.

Small pocket terrace with table and chairs from which you have a very relaxing view of the sea.

EQUIPMENT: induction hob, fridge with freezer, microwave oven, TV, washing machine, air conditioning, WIFI.

BEDS: There are 3 beds consisting of a double bed and a single bed.

LINENS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. Linen rental available: DOUBLE COMPLETE KIT WITH BED AND BATH LINEN, INCLUDING SHOWER MAT eur 20 - SINGLE COMPLETE KIT WITH BED AND BATH LINEN eur 14. BLANKETS ARE NOT INCLUDED.
