The house is located in Villa Mari, a small residential complex located in Via del Secco 55 which boasts an exclusive private access to the famous beach of San Vito which is only 140 meters. The pedestrian area of ​​the city center is only 300 meters away. Villa Mari is composed of 4 residential units, all with sea view and each with private appurtenances and which share large common areas. These include the sea view solarium area and an exclusive living area also this sea view. Children can also play safely since the outdoor areas of Villa Mari are properly closed from the outside. The Cicireddu Unit is a two-room apartment on the ground floor that has a kitchen, a double bedroom with sea view with an extra single bed, a bathroom and a large veranda where you can enjoy an excellent view to admire the Sanvitese sea. The room is air conditioned. Two bikes are available to guests.
