Ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Türe. Tolle Aussicht auf den Gardasee. Großer Pool, kleiner Whirlpool und Wellnessbereich vorhanden. Fitnessgeräte vorhanden, aber sehr abgenutzt. Saunen ebenfalls vorhanden. Große Liegefläche mit Liegestühle vorhanden. Großer Billardtisch vorhanden. Leider waren die Stöcke sehr abgenutzt. Pool leider sehr dreckig. Am besten ohne Taucherbrille schwimmen gehen, damit man den Dreck nicht sieht. Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage. Föhn im Badezimmer ohne Schutzabdeckung. Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer vorhanden. Frühstücken möglich, haben wir aber nach zwei Tagen nicht mehr gemacht. Waren dann draußen frühstücken. Nur Maschinen Kaffee. Keine Brötchen, die man so kennt. Alles abgepackt. Sehr lieblos. Gute Getränkeauswahl an der Bar. Preise auch gut. In Summe würden wir das Hotel nicht noch mal besuchen.

Die Lage ist super, obwohl schwer erreichbar. Das Hotelzimmer ist sehr hellhörig. Wellnessbereich hat einen tollen Blick auf die Berge und Sonnenuntergang, aber renovierungsbedürftig, Pool war ziemlich schmutzig, in wirlpool haben Düsen nicht funktioniert. In Restaurant hat das Essen gut geschmeckt, vermisst haben wir alkoholfreie Cocktails.

Wir hatten ein Economydoppelzimmer. Dass wir dabei kein Luxuszimmer erwarten ist klar. Allerdings habe ich ein sauberes Zimmer erwartet. An den Ecken hingen dicke Spinnweben, Bettbezug war voller Flecken und Löcher, überall dicke Staubschichten und der Kühlschrank funktionierte nicht. Wir hatten zum Glück Desinfektionsmittel und Zewa dabei und haben das Zimmer ist mal damit "bewohnbar" gemacht. Der Wellnessbereich war akzeptabel. Das Frühstück für den Preis auch in Ordnung. Was uns wirklich sehr überzeugte war die Bar mit sehr günstigen und leckeren Drinks. Dazu kam noch eine sehr freundliche Kellnerin an der Bar, welche bei uns immer wieder für gute Laune sorgte.

Bei Traumwetter eine tolle Sicht auf den Gardasee. "Jolanda" ist in die Jahre gekommen. Könnte schon mal etliche Renovierungen auch in den Zimmern gebrauchen. Staubwischen würde mal nicht schaden. Personal sehr nett, Frühstück reichhaltig. Für den Preis in Ordnung.

Schöne Lage und Struktur, leider verwahrlost !

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer schönen Lage mit herrlichem Blick auf den Gardasee. Intern diskret(schlechte akustische Isolierung, Probleme mit Zimmerschlüssel, Stromausfälle). Personalprobleme (zu wenig Mitarbeiter die dann noch miteinander streiten). Außen ist das Hotel total verwahrlost und im schlechten Zustand (Gartenstrukturen, Liegewiesen, Pflanzen, Tennisplätze etc...

Last minute booking

The staff of Hotel Jolanda was very friendly and helped us with a few questions we had on the area. The room itself is on the smaller side and a bit old but the bed is very comfortable. The view from the hotel’s terrace is wonderful. Having our breakfast there was the best part of our short stay at the hotel. Unfortunately we didn't have the time to try out the pool but it looked very refreshing!

struttura carina tenuta bene area spa perfetta! peccato per le camere senza condizionatore il frigo non andava e l'orario per la colazione troppo breve e la cena ( nel sito c'era scriito cena inclusa ) una volta arrivati al check-in, ci hanno comujjcato che non era compresa....e se volevamo cenare li ci costava 15 euro a testa..... . no comment

Bij aankomst. Komt er na enige tijd wachten een dame. Met een foldertje. Wijst Hotal Oasie aan. Vervolgens konden we vertrekken. Geen uitleg niks. Weg uitzicht Garda meer, geen spa en resort meer. 2de hotel hadden we zelf bewust niet geboekt. Ivm gebruik slaapbanken , geen uitzicht , geen spa en of resort. Dus uiteindelijk na een ander hotel gegaan. Dit alles hebben we ter plekke betaald. En nu afwachten wat Expedia hiermee gaat doen. Want natuurlijk last minute geboekt . Waarbij annulering niet meer kan.

Amazing view, great spa. Very hot room

Firstly, the view from the front of the hotel (and many of the front facing rooms) is absolutely spectacular. Enjoying drinks on the terrace looking out was superb. The spa facilities were also fantastic, open good and late while we were there, good range of features. The hotel itself is somewhat old in styling, probably not having been updated much in a couple of decades however it was all perfectly clean and nice so nothing we minded much at all. The only real negative I would say was the heat of the room - on the very top floor it was a very warm room at night, with no air con. I did ask the front desk if they had a fan we could use and was given a very firm and straight no, with no apologies or any such thing. I would strongly recommend them to buy at least a few floor standing fans to give to people in such circumstances - it wouldn't cost a lot and would have helped us sleep. So in general it was a great stay and absolutely worth it for the spa and the incredible view.

Ranzige Übernachtungskaserne

Das Hotel ist von außen sehr ansprechend. Leider hält es innen dem Eindruck nicht stand. Es ist völlig heruntergekommen und schmutzig. Den stinkenden Innenpool kann man schon von der Treppe aus riechen. Die Rezeption ist ein Saustall. Das hat nichts mit Geld zu tun, sondern einfach nur mit ein bisschen Sinn für Ordnung. Beim Öffnen der Zimmertüre hat es mir fast den Atem verschlagen, so übel der Gerucht, der mr entgegenschlug. Viel zu viel überflüssige Möbelstoffe die auch noch den Geruch halten, da wäre weniger wirklich mehr. Die Couch voller Flecken, die Matratze total durchgelegen. Im Bad, statt kaputte Fliesen auszutauschen einfach mit Farbe überstrichen. Man könnte endlos darüber schreiben. Der Kaffee zum Frühstück ist grausig, Wurst und Käse irgendein Analogzeugs, das mit Lebensmittel nicht mehr viel zu tun hat. Eine Brotsorte liegt auf und ansonsten Süßkram. Sie schaffen es sogar einen Obstsalt schlecht schmecken zu lassen. Alles ranzig und abgewohnt. Nie wieder. Nichtmal für eine Nacht. Einzig die Aussicht ist phantastisch.
