"You won’t go wrong if you want a quiet country stay. This upstairs apartment was very clean. Irene was so helpful, pleasant and informative. Easy parking on property. We only had 3 days but would highly recommend even for a longer stay. It was lovely."

"Very poor service. I made my reservation in the afternoon and called to say that I would be checking in late, after 11 p.m. They told me that was fine and that they would wait for me. I arrived at the property and there was no one there. I tried calling the property's number and a confused young receptionist answered because no one had notified him of my arrival. Even worse, the phone number belongs to another hotel. The young man kindly asked me if I could go to his hotel and he would try to sort it out, which he did. In the end, I had to leave Hotel Roma and go to Hotel Al Pino Verde. So, if you're looking for a place to stay, it's better to go to Al Pino Verde, and if you arrive at night, the young man at reception will surely help you with your stay. I was very disappointed with the experience but grateful that a young man with an exhausting work schedule was able to help me. "

"The staff was downright disrespectful. We went to the dining area, and at first, they told us to sit at a specific table. Then, while we were still in the middle of our meal, they came over and rudely told us to get up and move — without any explanation, and in a very unprofessional tone. The breakfast was a joke. There was barely anything available, and what little food was out looked old and unappetizing. Sadly i tried their food, bis mistake ended up with heartburn…water is thats in the dining area is actually just a tap water… As for the rooms — I noticed other guests had left reviews about the poor cleanliness, and unfortunately, they were absolutely right. The place was filthy. The smell in our room was so bad that my father chose to sleep in the car instead of staying inside. We let staff know about it no reaction from them , they do not care … you can notice their ignorance in reviews too and the way they respond to people’s reviews is unbelievable. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. It’s not worth the money, and the lack of basic respect and hygiene is shocking. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME."
