"The house was perfect for our family while attending the TN Bass Nation High School Championship. We spent most of our time on the large back patio enjoying the beautiful view of the lake. The cove was peaceful and very quiet. Plenty of parking and space enough for truck and boat/ trailer. The kitchen is large and had everything we needed to cook family meals. The bedrooms were spacious with very comfortable beds. Plenty of bathrooms with amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. Only minor issue we had was hair dryer was listed as an amenity, but we never found one. Luckily, another person in our party was coming the following day, and was able to bring one. Check in process was easy and communication with host was excellent. We will definitely book again for Bass Nation fishing tournaments at Watts Bar."

"We wanted to visit the Lost Sea Adventures In Sweetwater TN. The next step was to find a reasonabley priced, close to the attraction, clean and up to date immunities. We also needed 2 separate rooms.We found such a place here. The Quality Inn at Sweetwater was amazing! It checked off all the boxes we required. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The kids and I loved the pool. The property was well maintained and clean. The beds were very comfortable and shower had plenty of pressure. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. We will definitely recommend to family and friends. Thanks for doing such a great job and making our stay rememberable."

"This stay was perfect for our little family. The Black Tupelo had everything we needed and was exceptionally comfortable and cozy. Susan and Patrick were phenomenal hosts. They were kind, thoughtful and welcoming which we very much appreciated. When we return to the area, if we are in need of accommodations, this is definitely where we will choose to stay if it’s available! Highly recommend."

"Holiday Inns differ from location to location. I’ve been to 5 star Holiday Inns on the beach to others in Orlando amongst many others. This Sweetwater, TN location is conveniently located to my parents house so I keep coming back. The front desk staff is always helpful. I usually absolutely love all Holiday Inn beds. This is the one location that isn’t as comfortable to me as all the others. They are acceptable not terrible. This location really needs a good carpet cleaning throughout. The hallways stink and there’s stains from many spills. I’m guessing that’s what the stink is about."

"I made the reservations online. When I arrived the hotel did not resemble what was advertised on their site. The hotel was very run down and had an overall dirty appearance. The breakfast that was advertised was a muffin and coffee. The room had an order with a slight bleach coverup. People were outside the rooms yelling in the parking lot all night. Cars were screeching in the parking lot."

"The cabin was fresh and clean. The room upstairs was comfortable. There is a garden where I could’ve picked some veggies. Jon communicated everything I needed to know. The evenings were cool after a sweltering day. The sunsets were colorful. I was intimidated with the stairs. When taking them down, I went down the stairs facing forward. I would use his place again. 🌻"

"Our group was 5 women celebrating our milestone 60th birthdays. This is a beautiful property. Everything was well-stocked and exceptionally thought out and presented. We barely left the house as everything we needed was there. We spent many hours in the pool and patios enjoying our trip. Will definitely be on our short list for a return trip!! Thanks for everything."
