Has running water, but on catchment system so encouraged appropriate water conservation. Overall Wilma was great, very communicative and helpful. We had no issues. The only minor thing was VRBO sent a message with an access code, but in reality it was the code Wilma sent in direct message that was what we needed to unlock the door.
