"Very cool spacious house in nice neighborhood loaded with every utensil and comfort you need. Garage was spacious and empty so could actually be used. Pool was clean and has super easy to open and close pool cover. We paid to have it heated in late September and it was just right. Lots of pool floats, pool chairs, and poolside towels too. You can't tell from the photos but the main den has three steps down to get to it and cross over to the breakfast/kitchen area. Also steps out the patio door to get to the pool from the den. You can move from the main floor bedroom to the kitchen to the pool without the steps but it was important for us to now how many steps our mobility impaired guest would be dealing with.The heat pumps were not that efficient at catching up with the temperature inside the house but with the outside temps in the 80s down to the 50s at night a few open windows and we were comfortable in no time.The downstairs trundle bedroom has more space than appears in the photos. Extra working fridge on garage was a bonus.Super easy checkout; pile the used towels, load the dishwasher, turn everything off, take trash out, leave. The property managers are professionals and very communicative with thorough and complete pertinent information."

"Rented the property for a week long family reunion. The check-in as well as the check-out went very well. What really stands out about the property is the city view from the foothills of the Sandia mountains. Plenty of hot air balloons getting ready for Balloon Festival in about a week or so. Parking is somewhat limited if family all drive their own cars. All in all, it was a great choice for our family for the week and I strongly recommend this rental."

"Very quiet neighborhood with easy spacious parking. Check in and check out were a bit light on details on what and how to do, but no big issues. I suggest that more post booking details on the VRBO website and consider including a binder in the rental on how to check out and other local details. Glad there were notes on the light switches on what switch did what - it has been annoying with our past bookings. We were pleasantly surprised that the unit was well stocked with goodies - the best we have seen. Another suggestion is to get a new drip coffee pot as the one in the unit has seen better days."
