Welcome to a spacious retreat hidden in the snowy mountains of Idaho where your best memories can be created as you spend your time strengthening connections while relaxing in the sauna and jacuzzi, or simply playing games next to the fireplace. Challenge friends to a late-night ping-pong or billiard game match after which you can cook together in the expansive kitchen. If adventure is in your blood, in the summer you can go climbing the mountain hiking trails, visit Lake Pend Oreille where you can go swimming, fishing, and boating while surrounded by the scenic beauty, or go riding the rollercoasters of Silverwood Theme Park. When visiting in winter, come to the Schweitzer Mountain Resort where you can go enjoy world-class skiing, snowboarding, and mountain biking. Then take a stroll through downtown Sandpoint where you can explore the unique shops, excellent dining, live music, and the thriving arts community.

This home has four bedrooms and a bonus.
- Bedroom 1: Master with King bed and an attached bath.
- Bedroom 2: Room with a Queen size bed and a Queen sofa bed. Also includes two reclining chairs. And an attached bath.
- Bedroom 3: Room with two Full size beds.
- Bedroom 4: Room with one Queen sized bed and a Twin sized bunk beds.
- Bonus bedroom (upper level): Arranged as a game room with game tables and a reading nook. There is also a table for any board games or puzzles. Additionally, the room has two Twin bunk beds and two sofa beds. And an attached bath.

In this house there is a large living room with a wood fired fireplace and a TV.

Includes a large dining room hosting a table for eight people plus a table for two.

Has a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

Also has a huge kitchen with an island with six chairs.

In the garage there are two game tables for ping-pong, billiard, and carnival basketball hoops.

The house includes two decks. One of the decks comes from the master bedroom and has a jacuzzi. The second deck comes from the dining room and has a barbecue grill and chairs that can be moved to be around the fire pit.

In the backyard, there is a sauna.

Free big parking for several cars.

Check-in starts at 4pm and check-out is at 11am.

No kinds of pets allowed.

On-site parties or group events are strictly prohibited.

There is a carbon monoxide detector on the property.

Safety features at this property include a fire extinguisher, outside security cameras, and a first aid kit.

The house has a basement, to which access is not permitted.

ADDITIONAL HOUSE RILES:
- No Smoking: This is a non-smoking property.
- No Pets: Unfortunately, we do not allow pets on the property.
- Protect Everything on Property: Do not break, crack, dirty, or spoil anything that is found on property.
- Shoes on carpet: Please avoid walking on any carpeted surfaces with shoes.
- Child Safety: The home is not "child-proof!" Please keep a close eye on your young children, especially around cabinets and wall plugs. Also, kindly ensure kids don't jump on the beds.
- Board Games & Puzzles: After playing any board game or solving a puzzle, please pack all contents into respective packaging and boxing to avoid losing any pieces.
- Fireplace Wood: Do not take or use any of the wood placed above the shelf of the fireplace.
- No Bikes, Skateboards, or Scooter's: Please store any bikes, skateboards, or scooters in the garage. Not in the house.
-Jacuzzi: Do not enter the jacuzzi clothed in anything beside a swimsuit, dirty, with any applied creams or lotions, or sweaty after the sauna. Before entering the jacuzzi, you must shower. Do not jump or dive into the jacuzzi. Do not step on the lid of the jacuzzi. After each use of the jacuzzi, pour in 1/2 cup of shock for jacuzzi that can be found in the cabinet nearby in order for the water to not go bad. The mineral cartridge (a blue ball) must always remain floating in the water of the jacuzzi, do not remove it.
- Sauna: In the sauna, you can put the oils only into the hot water you pour into the wooden basin. You must put towels on benches to sit on them when using the sauna. No liquids other than clean water in the sauna room. Wash the benches in the sauna after each use.
- Lawn: Please avoid driving or parking on the lawn.
- Garage & Parking: The garage is not for parking. Additionally, please refrain from parking commercial vehicles in the driveway.
- Garbage: Upon check-out, take all garbage and put it into the large black garbage bags found in the garage, tie them closed, and put them all into the trailer under the net. Trailer is outside.
- Locking: Upon check-out, make sure all doors and windows are locked.

You are responsible for any damage you cause on property.
