"This property met, but did not exceed our expectations. Location was great, walkable to downtown and stores. The two upstairs bedrooms did not have doors which limited privacy. Beds, bedding, and furnishings were all basic but suited our needs."

"Everyone agreed we’d stay at this house again. Beautiful view of the lake from the living room picture window and hot tub, plenty of room to spread out, and easy parking/unloading. Location is excellent for skiing - I thought it would be a little far but was wrong. It was so easy, especially to the shuttle. All in all, highly recommended rental house."

"This place was better than I imagined or even was listed. It was a perfect place to relax and have some quality down time. Close enough to Sandpoint to enjoy their amazing restaurants. The only weird thing is you can't access the house from the garage and the garage was small. We had to park our truck sideways to close the door. Would recommend it especially in the office season when it's super quiet."

"Rental was in great condition. Hot tub was sparkling clean! Also king bed upstairs was probably the nicest one we’ve ever stayed in for a rental. Could have slept all morning if the dog wasn’t waking up to go sniff out geese, ha! Watershed was low for this time of year, I hadn’t realized it would be that low but we still enjoyed the paved walkways all over Dover bay. The whole neighborhood was clean and well kept. Saw deer, eagles, moose, woodpeckers, geese etc on our explorations in the bay...

"My Wife, my nine year old son and a friend of ours stayed for a week of skiing and had an amazing time. The house is beautiful the location is quite and perfect and the photos are 100% accurate. The house is actually that nice. The owners are nice and were quick to respond to a few simple questions. If my family and I return to Sandpoint we will 100% book this property again."

"The condo was just as advertised. Furniture was great, beds were acceptable. The greatest asset was the ski-in/ski-out. Many boast this perk, but we literally walked out the back door, put on skis, and skied down to the base. You have to pole a bit or take the skis off and walk the 10 yards to the lift, but it was very convenient. "Location was great, very functional kitchen and adequate storage space. Unit was quite comfortable. Calling it ski-in/out is a stretch. Would recomend a non-slip mat for the bath tub. Perhaps written specifics about location of ski storage, laundry, keys somewhere posted would be helpful. Overall it was a great week and would stay there again."

However, we felt like price we paid was a bit premium for the lackluster service provided by vacasa. For example, we were only provided 2 dishwasher packs for 5 days and were told vacasa is not a hotel by their service and we had to buy our own. We also informed vacasa of a slow leak from the top shower down into the bunk room and they told us to simply put a towel in the bunk room before it...

"This was the perfect place to stay for our ski week. It’s a cute cabin in the woods with an easy 20 minute drive up the mountain. Loved having access to a washer and dryer to allow for less packing. We will definitely stay again."

"We met two other families for a long weekend of skiing. Great location! The unit was set up for 6 adults with kids as two of the rooms had lofts. Seating in the living dining room was limited. Entry was easy. The place was generally clean but updated was a bit generous. Most of the furniture, bedding, and beds were outdated. It would have also been helpful to have directions in the house about where to store the garbage. There were no bins or signs where to put it."
