Ideally situated just two blocks off Cedar Street, this charming cottage offers family-friendly comfort and in-home entertainment right in the heart of town. Highlights include a spacious, fully fenced backyard complete with a flowing, paved patio, a private hot tub, a grill, an outdoor dining table, and a gas firepit area. Sandpoint City Beach Park is less than a mile from home. The Sandpoint Farmers' Market and your choice of restaurants, cafes, and bars are within walking or biking distance.

Whether you're hosting a barbecue, soaking in the hot tub, or just gathering around the firepit, the backyard is your own private oasis to enjoy any time of day.

Inside, you'll find a well-appointed stainless steel kitchen and an inviting, open living area with room for the whole family. Relax on one of the sofas to stream shows and movies on the smart TV or just connect to the complimentary in-home WiFi to browse the web and upload the day's photos to your social media accounts. A collection of board games are also provided for some old-school entertainment. Thoughtful home additions include a Pack-N-Play, a baby gate, and four adult-size bicycles. A private washer/dryer rounds out the modern home essentials.

Close to town

This was a great house to stay in for a birthday get away. So close to town and easy to walk everywhere. The hot tub was really nice and they had lots of towels for hot tub and shower. Kitchen was stocked with all the skillets and pots needed for simple or pretty fancy cooking. Overall it was a great little getaway. Thanks!

We have stayed there many times and absolutely love this place! It’s close to everything! It’s very clean. I wish the outside lights would have worked out by the patio! Also would like to use the bikes in the garage!!

The home was lovely

I love the location of the home. It was a beautiful house. Loved the bidet. I didn’t like that the Wii was broke and Vacasa tried to tell me it wasn’t apart of the amenities that someone left it behind. Luckily I took a screen shot of the photos on the listing that showed the Wii in the living area. They deleted it on the listing but forgot to delete the photo I suppose because when I booked this home it said there was a Wii. Other than that it was a lovely home and enjoyed our stay.

Great spot great location

Stayed here with friends and a dog- loved the backyard and the hot tub was great after a ski day. Easy to walk downtown for food and right by Safeway for cooking at home as well. Wish it had been warmer so we could have enjoyed the backyard more! Communication with property management was great

Old house, could use some TLC but comfortable

Property could stand some maintenance. Old house that could stand some painting and remodeling in places, Very comfortable beds and plenty of hot water for good showers, located right next to the back of a shopping center and very close to downtown. well equiped kitchen. nice hot tub.

Good Area & Quiet

We were staying for a lacrosse tournament and made it a short family/Mother’s Day extended weekend. The rental was ok there were a few hiccups with knobs coming off bedroom doors and hot water heater breaker needing to be reset. It’s a quaint little place with lots of stuff to do around the area. We had a relaxing time BBQ’ing and getting in the hot tub. The BBQ grill was clean but the griddle was very rusty so the BBQ could use some TLC. Plenty of room to sit as a family either indoors or outdoors. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware and cooking utensils.

Perfect Sandpoint Location

Location is perfect, quickly walkable to everything in Sandpoint. Accommodations were comfortable and homey feeling, hot tub was great after a day at Schweitzer! We will be back.

Great Stay!

This is our second time staying. It’s the perfect location with so many great places to walk to. The gym, coffee, grocery store and downtown Sandpoint are all in walking distance.

My husband enjoyed the hot tub and we thought the backyard was really great. Lots of seating, a cool fire pit and the shed in the back has bikes, umbrellas, folding chairs ect for all your outdoor needs. The location is great and allows you to walk into town within a few blocks.

Great for staying with close friends

We loved the spacious outdoor, the hot tub and the functional kitchen. It was great to walk everywhere from the house conveniently located. Glad we brought earplugs as during the nights, a few trains loudly came through town and helicopters were landing on the hospital nearby. Otherwise very quiet neighbourhood.
