Glamp in our beautiful North Idaho Yurt

Escape to Elysium Woods - our beautiful 14-acre forested property outside Sandpoint, ID. The 24-ft. diameter Yurt sits alongside Rapid Lightning Creek and beckons with a Cal King bed with luxury linens, a wood burning stove for heat and ambiance, a kitchenette with refrigerator and everything needed to prepare your own meals. Just steps away, the heated Shower Shack has hot and cold running water and a vanity with electricity for your hair dryer. Next to the Shower Shack is a sparkling clean Porta Potty.

Enjoy hiking, fishing, birding, ​and nature walks. Water sports and outdoor activities abound in nearby Sandpoint and beautiful Schweitzer Mountain, or just kick back and enjoy the serenity and quiet of Elysium Woods.

Love this gem!

This is our 3rd time staying here and we look forward to it yearly. Everything is well kept and clean. It is relaxing and a charming place. Great fishing and hiking!

Great Getaway!

The yurt was thoughfully furnished with a comfortable bed. The location was about 20-25 minutes from Sandpoint. We enjoyed the beautiful location, and the creek on the property was a special treat! We would stay here again.

Peaceful Glamping!

This property was just wonderful. Very relaxing with the creek running and dogs were able to enjoy the yard. We were able to unwind from daily stresses and we really enjoyed the hillbilly spa.

Peaceful and Rejuvenating

Our stay was very peaceful and rejuvenating. Cooking meals and strolling along the creek was wonderful. Slept so well with the sound of water so close. Definitely staying again but would like to book a longer stay next time.

Everything my dog needed

A hot summer in Boise has kept my dog and I inside for most of it. The creek encircling the property, the vast greenspace surrounding the cabin, and the fresh air and rainy day we got were all heaven on earth. Will absolutely find a way to come back again!

The yurt had everything you would need for a glamping experience. The wood stove was efficient, the bed was comfortable and warm, and there was a coffee maker. We enjoyed the hillbilly hot tub experience as well :)

Very relaxing

My Fiancé and I had an amazing time getting away from the hustle and bustle of life. The location is absolutely beautiful. The Yurt could use some TLC. It could use a really good deep clean and unfortunately the sheets had stains on them, so we had to sleep on top of our own blankets. Overall, we had a lovely time.

Refreshing and unique place to stay. It’s very peaceful. We ate breakfast by the creek and read by campfire. The lot is very spacious giving you a feeling of privacy. The inside decor is comfortable and clever in its decor and presentation. Would go there again!

Tranquil Getaway

This was the perfect getaway for my husband and I to celebrate his 50th birthday. We were able to completely shut down & enjoy the beauty & peace of the surroundings. The yurt is so clean & well appointed. I highly recommend the Hillbilly Hot Tubs! A unique & fun experience. Thank-you for this wonderful stay that we will certainly return to & recommend to others.
