"Check in was a little chaotic. Reservation confirmations should mention all people in the room over 21 need id at check in. Luckily they were willing to work with me as my partner had left their wallet almost 3 hours away at home. Staff was super understanding about it. The jacuzzi suite was amazing"

"Everything was fantastic from when we 1st stepped in the hotel. Was greated immediately by a froendly staff, check-in was smooth and easy 5min! Got to our room Everything was in tip top shape and had Everything we needed! Room service went abouve and beyond! My daughter brought 5 stuffed animals and ee came back and they had set them up neatly on the bed when they didnt have to! But it made my daughter's day! Breakfast was great and had something for all 3 of us ! Which alone is a task with a child who is picky and has sensory issues! Thanks for making her 1st hotel stay memorable amd stress free for us! We will be back! "
