Located in a quiet residential spot, you'll be close to downtown Sanford, giving you the best of both worlds. Only a 10 minute walk to great restaurants, breweries, and cute shops, and about 15 minute stroll to the waterfront. It's a 15 minute drive to Boombah Sports Complex.

Welcome to this brand-new 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, thoughtfully designed with high ceilings and an airy, open layout. A delightful 50s retro theme runs throughout, creating a cozy yet unique ambiance.

Step into the inviting living room, featuring comfy couches, a smart TV, and a record player with a pretty sweet record collection. The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite counters, and a dining spot with stools for casual eating, while the adjacent dining room comfortably seats six—perfect for shared meals and memories.

The main bedroom suite, located off the dining area, offers a peaceful retreat with its own attached bathroom. On the other side of the house, off the living room, you'll find two additional bedrooms—one with a queen bed and another with two twin beds—perfect for families or groups. A second full bathroom with a tub is conveniently located nearby.

The backyard is ideal for outdoor gatherings, featuring a dining table and a charcoal grill. Guests also have access to the garage.
