"I hate to give 2 stars to such a good property with good rooms , excellent heritage vibes and with all facilities but staff and service was terrible. As we entered our luggage was unloaded and brought to our room for more than an hr. Room phones werent working so had to go to desk to get internet started. Anything you request from staff and front desk would take forever to be entertained even breakfast service the waiter forgot our orders and vallet service is non existent. I wish this facility...

"Espectaculr hotel palaciego, muy bien mantenido y con todas las comodidades. La piscina es increíble, con un chorro de lluvia desde el techo. El diseño del hotel es impresionante. El personal, maravilloso. Empezando desde el portero, gerente, recepción, responsable, equipo de limpieza y restaurante. Todos muy profesionales y amables.
