Room was spacious and really clean. The staff were really pleasant and helpful. Breakfast excellent. Lots of choices and all fresh and well prepared. Travelled with small children and they were happy and felt safe. Staff were marvellous with them. Thankyou for a great holiday!

We had a wonderful 7-day stay at Alaya! The staff was amazing- always ready to help make our stay comfortable. Housekeeping was done twice a day. Breakfast was excellent and included both a buffet and a menu to order from. They customized many options for us to vegetarian versions. The hotel also arranged day trips for us with a personal driver for sightseeing. Yoga Barn was nextdoor so it was an easy walk back after an evening class. There were many restaurants for dinner options within walking distance. I would highly recommend Alaya to anyone visiting Ubud.
