"The rooms are great but very disappointed as your website stated refrigerators in rooms and TV however NO refrigerators in any rooms & only Indonesian language TV - nothing for overseas guests as we can't understand the Indonesian channels. "This hotel is one of the best we have ever stayed in. It’s a smaller style boutique hotel. It’s outside of Ubud so not walking distance into the centre but they do provide a shuttle and it’s easy enough to hire a driver. We had the Emana Pool villa which was an absolutely stunning room overlooking a rice field. It was spotless, so comfortable and just beautiful. The staff at this hotel are so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for us. The on site spa is amazing and we used it twice....

And if you need transportation ask them to schedule you with, Pak Moyo. I wish I knew more people as gracious and kind like him. He is the reason the trip was a success."

Putu, Made and the rest of the team were phenomenal - from the wonderful breakfasts to helping us book the things we wanted to do and taking us around wonderful sights - often not just the tourist places, but also off the beaten track. They made everything so easy, we were able to truly relax. The villa itself is so beautiful, the pool, the outdoor spaces to sit and eat and the bedrooms were so comfortable and incredibly clean. We cannot recommend staying at Alami enough, truly a wonderful experience."

On arrival you have a welcome drink and sweet. The service was good. They have a gym, spa and pool. The area has affordable massage places, restaurants and shops. Overall, highly recommend if you are staying in Ubud."
