We stayed in a villa and it was amazing. The private pool was the perfect way to end each day after walking through the busy and hot streets of Ubud. The daily breakfast was always fantastic and the service was top notch. What we noticed in general was just how genuinely kind the people of Bali are and the staff at Royal Kamuela Villas was no exception. We would easily stay again and give this property and it's staff more than 5 stars if it was an option. We also had monkeys at our villa every day and it was awesome!

We had an easy pick up from the airport with Doh Dee who had cold water and cold towels ready for us. He stopped so we could enjoy some speciality coffee on the way to the hotel and was very friendly/ informative. At the hotel the staff were equally helpful and friendly. Our room was always cleaned nicely and restocked with bottled water. We did a couples massage that was 5 star. We also give props to the restaurant staff everything was delicious and beautifully plated.

Amazing stay. Arrived, and was inmediately shown to our room. Got a room with pool access. The a la carte breakfast is absolutely amazing, and its just a short walk from ubud palace. There are also monkeys sometimes around the hotel, as its next to the monkey forest, but we had no issue with it. Relaxing pool area.

This is our second visit and the welcoming we received was excellent many staff recognised us from three years ago and were pleased to see us. As always all staff friendly and very helpful. During a medical episode my wife had all staffed showed concern and comfort and I thank them for that. Dege our driver for a half day tour was excellent as he was 3 years ago. Our villa was excellent very comfortable The two massages we had were excellent with very pleasant surroundings. I would have no hesitation in recommending Royal Kamuela
