"We couldn't fluch our toilet and theres no hot water. Theres no breakfast and the staff were not available or sympathetic. Ive still not heard if theres a solution!"

"The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We loved the offering of free yoga which was phenomenal with the view of the mountains through a large picture window. Rooms were comfortable and very cozy with the fireplace. "

"The layout of this hotel with different buildings was unexpected. Dinner in the restaurant was terrible. (But the service was very good). My caesar salad had what seemed like warmed up chicken from a can or a vacuum seal pouch. My sons sandwich was not good. I had to take him to Wendys afterward. Disappointing food. "

"Thin walls, esp if you are on the side facing the highway. No exterior sign actually says "Bellamys Ski House" but instead some other name (old owner?)"

"There is no a place for the dogs to do their business - it is all broken up concrete = no receptacles for the BM. The walls are paper thin so you can hear the people talking in the room next door and the air conditioner did not work well. It is not close to the historic part of town and on the busy highway so you can hear the traffic. I will never go back there. Very, very disappointed but the staff was very nice which helped me deal with a difficulty situation."
