The condo is a five-minute private walk to the beach with on-premises pool, tennis courts, kayaking, grilling area and property managers to take care of all your wishes on site. Relax and unwind in this spacious three-bedroom, two-bath 1,560 square feet of space. Second-floor screened-in balcony affords view of lush palm trees while you enjoy gentle breezes. Perfect for romantic getaways, family trips, or reunions. Modern, newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen with first-rate appliances. Prime location away from any pool noise and beach foot traffic. Full array of beach toys, games and puzzles. Reserved, covered parking, excellent wifi. Four TVs, 2DVDs, central A/C, and ceiling fans in all rooms.

Very convenient location to access good shelling beach, shell museum, and wildlife refuge. Mosquitos and noseeums are challenging, bring insect repellent.
Unit was as described. Appreciated the high chair, games, beach gear, and other extras.
Only drawback to this complex is the parking situation - guest parking is extremely limited and was 100% full. Fortunately, the property manager was able to accommodate our second car, but if you are arriving in multiple vehicles I would call ahead and make arrangements well beforehand.
The property itself is beautiful and well-maintained. The condo was clean and well-stocked. Very nicely decorated. The beach is gorgeous! Nice and quiet and perfect for shelling.
Just note:
There is NO elevator! Prepare to lug all of your stuff up and down the stairs. If you have an elderly person with you or someone with disabilities, I would request a ground floor apt.
It is not a "short walk" to the beach. It is 1/4 mile. The first part of the walk is fine, the last part through the sugar sand is rough if you are pulling a beach cart or have difficulty walking.
Overall, pretty good.
Nice place near the beach. Carpets need replaced as they appear dirty and worn. Tough to find unit in the dark but really close to beach and pool was great!

The shower was broke on arrival…. They had to know it was dangling there if they properly cleaned.
We rented 4 condos for our family for a week the first week of June. The condos were very comfortable and clean. There was 22 of us all together and we spent our days enjoying the beach, exploring the island and relaxing by the pool. We are already dreaming of the next trip there. Thank you for the great accommodations.

The temperature in the condo was miserable. Could not turn air below 72 . We were told it would freeze if we turned it below 72. For 3000 a week we should have been able to be comfortable. Went and stayed somewhere else after two days of sweating at night. Took two days to get maintenance out to fix the tv. Wound up fixing it ourselves. The dishes had been put away dirty prior to us. Not a good place to rent.
My family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed this condo. It was updated and very clean. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. The property had plenty to do from the pool and the beach and even pickle ball. Professionally maintained and extremely helpful office staff. We will be back! Thank you!
