Escape to your ideal island retreat! This top-floor condo on stunning Sanibel Island offers uninterrupted beach views from a spacious private balcony—perfect for enjoying the sunshine and sea breeze. With elevator access, this serene and comfortable unit is ideal for families or friends seeking a relaxing coastal getaway.

Inside the Condo:
Step into a bright, open living area designed for comfort and connection. The primary bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower, and sliding glass doors that open to the balcony—so you can greet the day with sweeping ocean views. The second bedroom has two twin beds, and a second full bathroom includes a shower/tub combo. A sleeper sofa in the living room adds extra sleeping space.

Enjoy meals at a dining table that seats six, and cook with ease in the fully equipped kitchen. A washer and dryer in the unit make extended stays convenient. Central air conditioning and heating ensure year-round comfort, while complimentary WiFi and TVs offer entertainment and connectivity.
