    We are next to a beach path with easy parking access.
    The beach offers easy walking hard areas and some of the best shelling in America
    with a wash station next to the path for your shells and beach toys.
    New kitchen appliances include a electric convection range with Air Fryer.
    There is a 66" television in the family room, a 32" television in the master bedroom and a 42" television in the guest room.
    Enjoy the pool, sundeck, tennis, pickle board courts, shuffle board, grilling area, fitness room and the twenty-six miles of bike trails on the island.
    There is a washer, dryer, hair dryers, K-Pod maker, games, puzzles and a small library.

Beautiful condo, stunning gulf view

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an excellent stay. Condo was recently renovated and in nice condition. Very clean and had everything we needed including beach chairs and beach towels. Only downside was old washer and dryer. Close to beach access. Beautiful pool and property, nicely maintained. Highly recommend.
