Located in an intimate 20-unit complex along desirable West Gulf Drive, this recently and completely remodeled second-floor condo combines modern luxury with classic island charm. With panoramic Gulf-front views just outside your window, you’ll wake up to the sound of the waves and spend your days soaking in sunshine, serenity, and seaside relaxation.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit also includes a sleeping loft accessible by a charming spiral staircase—perfect for kids, teens, or extra guests. Thanks to vaulted ceilings in the living area, the space feels open, airy, and flooded with natural light. Whether you're curling up on the couch, enjoying meals in the dining area, or reading on your screened lanai, every corner of this condo invites you to relax in comfort and style.

Inside, you'll enjoy modern amenities such as a washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen. The screened lanai is the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening sunsets with unobstructed views of the Gulf. The condo comfortably sleeps 6 and requires a 7-night minimum stay, making it ideal for family vacations, romantic getaways, or a peaceful beach retreat.

Villa Sanibel is a smoke-free, low-density community offering excellent shared amenities, including a heated swimming pool, tennis courts, and gas BBQ grills—great for a casual afternoon cookout. Please note that the complex does not have elevators, and construction recovery efforts from hurricanes Ian, Helene, and Milton are ongoing. The pool is estimated to reopen in May 2025, but timelines may change.
