BEAUTIFUL, BREATHTAKING, KNOCK-OUT VIEW of the Gulf, Pond, Palm Trees, and Pool from our screened in lanai, LR, DR, Kitchen, and Expanded Master Suite. The Gulf glistens like Diamonds from 11:30 A.M. until 2 P.M. every sunny day!! Guests of 110 say it is the best view in Sanibel Siesta! Come see for yourself! Florida Decor with a Beach/Nautical flair! Enjoy the 40-inch HD flat screen TV and Blu-Ray player in the living room from the two swivel rockers, or the new couch that opens up into a Queen Bed. New DR table with 6 chairs. New tile throughout, with new rugs in the Master Suite and Guest BR. King bed in the Master Suite, with 32-inch HD flat screen TV with Blu-Ray player, and fan/light. Attached Master Sitting Room has a couch and desk, just waiting for your computer, with Beautiful view of the gulf. The Master BR, attached sitting room and Master Bath create a Lovely Master Suite. Master bath w/ big mirror, Granite top, and big walk-in closet. Soak in the Master Tub/Shower with glass doors and grab bar. Colorful guest room has 24-inch HD flat screen TV with Blu-Ray Player, fan/light, and twin beds, which can be made into a king bed upon request.
