Inside, you’ll find a fully remodeled kitchen, stylish living and dining areas, and a cozy family room—perfect for gathering with loved ones. Step out to the large screened pool and covered porch, ideal for sunny afternoons or dining al fresco with the convenient pass-through from the kitchen.

This retreat sleeps up to 7 guests and offers easy access to the beach, local shops, dining, and the iconic Sanibel Lighthouse. You’ll also enjoy private beach access with ample guest parking, reserved exclusively for Shell Harbor residents and their guests.

Please note: While there is a dock on the property, the boat lift is not available for use during your stay.
