**Please note that the association will be performing property work from October 20 to November 18 to repair sewer lines and reline pipes. During this period, there will be equipment and heavy machinery on-site, and construction noise is to be expected. We ask that you be aware and careful when walking through the courtyard. Additionally, water usage will be limited daily between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Work will begin in building 1 and 2, then 3, and end in 4 and 5. **

Walk into this open and updated turn key kitchen where you have everything you need to make a fabulous meal. Open to the coastal dining area with seating for six. The fresh and new living room has two comfortable couches (including a sofa bed), a coastal recliner, wood accent wall, a smart flat screen TV and partial views of the gulf. Relax your day away on the large lanai, with a gorgeous new sectional sofa and dinette May 2022, again with views of the tropical grounds and partial views of the Gulf and new sliders that enable AC or open air comfort. The en-suite master bedroom has a comfortable king bed, a wood accent wall and flat screen television. The tiled and updated bathroom has large closets and tiled shower. Your guests will be very comfortable in the guest bedroom with attached bathroom, large closets, two brand new double beds/mattresses in the guest bedroom, and all new smart flat screen televisions. Beach towels, Beach chairs and Beach umbrella are included, along with a large-wheel buggy for taking all your toys, refreshments and chairs to the beach . Fantastic Stay, LOVE Sanibel

Would for sure rent this space again! Super comfortable, great décor, perfect location. It was a successful solo shelling adventure. Already looking forward to visiting again :)

Beautiful condo with a great location

Condo was exactly as pictured. Great location. Although Milton chased us away after only 2 days, we enjoyed the time we had there. We will defenitely be coming back!!

All you need

We had everything we needed. Beach chairs, sand toys, pickle ball rackets, towels, beach wagon, books, puzzles, dvds and more. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of comfortable bedding. Highly recommended.

Relaxing

The weather was perfect during our stay. Mid-80s and low humidity. While the island still has a ways to go to recover from the hurricanes it was nonetheless beautiful and most shops and restaurants were open. The gulf was warm and clear. The shells were amazing and different from anywhere we've been before. The condo was immaculate. The rooms are large and the furniture comfortable. The pool was clean, large and heated. The only issue we had was that the condo provided beach chairs which were low sand chairs. Given that we and many of the vacationers staying at this condo are seniors, we could not use them and thus did not get to sit at the beach. We had to settle for walks along the shore. We contacted the rental agent directly who said she would check to see if they had any regular beach chairs they could send us but we never heard from her after that.
