Pointe Santo A33: 2 Bedrooms plus Den! Stunning Gulf Views!

  • ** Please note: The swimming pool will be unavailable on September 14-16, 2026. Elevators throughout the complex will be serviced in September/October which will cause temporary closures for multiple days. Building-A elevator is expected to down September 17-19. Exact dates of the work and closures for each building is unknown and use of elevators during this time frame cannot be guaranteed.


    ESCAPE TO SANIBEL! A33 is a lovely condo that features direct gulf water views from almost every room and sweeping views from the screened lanai. A33 is very spacious for Pointe Santo with a separate den area for additional relaxation space and comfortably accommodates up to 6 people; perfect for families and couples! The condo offers a large open floor plan, a fully appointed kitchen that was updated in 2025, and wonderful on-site amenities including 600 feet of pristine beachfront and a new beautiful pool & spa and so much more!

    Condo/Resort amenities include: 2 bedrooms + den / 2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 2 Twin beds, & 2 sleeper sofas (sleeps 6), Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, heated pool & hot tub, in suite washer & dryer, public BBQ grills, shell cleaning station, tennis courts, elevators, kid's activity programs. No Pets allowed. Bed linens and Bath towels included. This unit comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella.

    Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

    7 night minimum rental period is required. Shorter stays may be available in the off-season. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.

Everything was just as advertised. The condo was bright and spacious and had everything that we needed. While we had a few minor glitches during our stay the management team was very responsive and solved the issues quickly and professionally. Great stay and great hosts. Highly recommended!

VERY GOOD LOCATION. DIRECTLY ON BEACH. VERY NICE POOL. AMPLE PARKING. THE APPARTMENT WAS WELL APPOINTED. KITCHEN WELL EQUIPED. WI-FI WORKED WELL. AIR CONDITIONINTG WORKED WELL. EASY DRIVING TO ALL SANIBEL ATTRACTIONS. I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN WHEN NEXT VISITING SANIBEL.
