"The hotel staff were extremely professional and accommodating. The room was comfy for an overnight stay. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, there was very little available especially hot,maybe we could have asked but the kitchen staff were not very approachable. We also asked to order a takeaway pizza from the hotels adjacent menu,we were given a menu then after 10 minutes of no further service gave in."

"What an amazing hotel. I was staying in the area for work, but the hotel made it feel like a holiday! The decor was beautiful and characterful. Apart from a neighbouring guest with a very loud TV late at night, the hotel was very peaceful. My room was stunning and with an amazing view from the balcony. The facilities were clean and the shower was excellent. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, and I also enjoyed 2 evening meals during my stay, both of which were really good. The real surprise was the spa and fitness area. So much variety and so well maintained. On both evenings I enjoyed spending time on the 'hanging beds' in the quiet room, in front of an open window, taking in the Austrian scenery. Oh... and there were cats... several of them living outside, but just as welcoming! I will definitely return."

"Good clean rooms staff very helpful I didn’t try breakfast so I don’t know good or bad but every time go pass smells very good . parking available but it’s 3 min walk only have one issue there is no air conditioning in room so in summer bit hot rooms other then that it’s really good experience."

"Decent hotel for a Salzburg stopover - especially if you have a car to park. The room was spacious and clean - although the shower and sink could really use a deep clean. One towel was also missing which was slightly annoying. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and a really helpful, friendly waitress. Decent coffee, bread, cold buffet and excellent scrambled eggs. The only thing missing was some fresh fruit e.g. berries. Bus 21 into town goes from right outside the hotel. Tickets must be bought in advance from an app. But it's a good service and runs frequently. We'd definitely recommend this hotel and would return."

"Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, mit Ideen und Tipps zu Ausflügen und für ein leckeres Abendessen. Wohnung hat einen Balkon mit Seeblick und man hat sein eigenes Fleckchen am See zum Erholen und Baden. Der Irrsee ist toll zum Baden!Tip: Schwimmnudeln mitnehmen, dann kann man ewig im Wasser bleiben."

"Hotel itself is a bit tired and needs a bit of an upgrade but still quite comfortable. Comfy bed, free wi-fi and mini bar. Lovely, helpful and friendly stuff... spoke English well. Free parking in the underground below hotel. Overall very enjoyable stay. We didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on it."
