Don’t fall for their scam , they advertise use if the facilities , but we had to pay extra 30 euro to use the pool abd gym . Manager was unreachable to resolve it in a business day .

The breakfast was pretty good and was included in our room rate, but the scrambled eggs were powdered eggs (they were terrible) and if you want fresh cracked eggs you paid 8-12 euros. We stayed in the presidential suite. It was very nice and large room and had a nice view of the Duomo. The outdoor balcony was very large too. Unfortunately, the lobby chairs and sofas need to be updated. They smelled bad and had stains on them. Otherwise, you are about a 10 minute walk from the galleria shopping area. Nice hotel and once they update the lobby furniture, it will be much better.

We had a great experience. The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel is very clean. We would definitely recommend it.

Make sure to bring your own electrical and water supply... Don't think you are being singled out with awful attitude of the staff they hate everyone equally. Opening and closing times for bars and such are just suggestive when they feel like it. Hitting the Italian customer service international perception to the highest marks.

The hotel is beautiful, and the staff was absolutely fantastic. They were very helpful and attentive, we had a wonderful stay, and would recommend it to everyone.
