Arte Hotel Wien was OK but not nearly worth the price. Small rooms, shaky beds, well outside the city center. The room was very clean. We had a problem with our Expedia reservation and the manager was less than helpful, pretty much useless. Not interested in staying here again!

The staff was great and very helpful. Although the room was smaller than I expected it ended up being enough for my daughter and I. Location, location, location was awesome!!! The Josefine didn’t disappoint!!
