There are 2 rooms with double beds, 1 room with a bunk bed, and a living room with a double sofa bed. The private kitchen/dining area is fully equipped with a coffee machine (welcome capsules), fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a large table for 8.



All 3 bedrooms have a fan; air conditioning is not available. Additional amenities include a private TV, washing machine, ironing set, Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace in each bedroom. The ground floor is accessible without architectural barriers.



Outside, enjoy two patios: one with wrought iron table and chairs for 8, the other with comfortable seating. The spacious private garden (approx. 3,500 m², partly pine grove) features a relaxation area with gazebo and lounge. Upstairs, there is a large terrace. An outdoor shower is available for cooling off.



Parking is easy with on-site spaces inside the fenced property. Up to 2 pets are allowed, and smoking is permitted. Events are not allowed.
