    Comfortable flat for six people north of Gallipoli The modern villa is newly built and is located in Lido Conchiglie, north of Gallipoli. It is very bright and is only 150 metres from the sea, which is easily accessed by low cliffs. The lovely beach, equipped and free, stretches for 5 kilometres from Riva Bella to Lido Conchiglie and is only 500 metres from the house. Nearby there is also a hill planted with pines and shrubs, with footpaths for long walks in the green. About 3 kilometres away are the Rio Bo Fashion Club and the Latin Quarter discos as well as the Splash water park.

    Lecce, the Baroque city par excellence, is a 20-minute drive away. Lido Conchiglie is served by buses (Salento in Bus), which connect Lecce with the main seaside resorts on the Ionian coast (such as Porto Cesareo and Gallipoli) and the Adriatic coast (Torre dell'Orso, Santa Cesarea, Castro,...).The service runs from June to September. Within a radius of 300 metres there are: supermarket, pharmacy, church, bars, restaurants and pizzerias. There is a daily market and once a week there is a larger market.

    The villa consists of two bedrooms: one with a double bed and a bunk bed (sleeps 4), the other with two single beds, a living room/kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony at the back with laundry facilities. There is a terrace in front with table, armchairs and sunshade. There is an outside parking space enclosed by a gate. It is furnished with new furniture and has the following comforts: beds with wooden slats, air conditioning/heating in every room, outdoor shower with hot/cold water, washing machine, built-in safe, 32" satellite Led TV and free internet access although the signal is not very good. The live-in kitchen is equipped with a hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, toaster and is furnished with armchairs.
