"Breakfast had a vast variety; taste of limited vegetarian options could have been better. Was not impressed with the bakery freshness. Fruit was top notch. Rooms quite clean with standard wear and tear. Staff very friendly. Good overall location hence the price. Got given spa voucher for RMB200, turned out to be a discount on a RMB1980 massage. Wife asked for cafe for vegan cake for our anniversary; did not get much help; could not be arranged. First day we were not given special treatment for being Hilton Honours gold members at breakfast; second day they somehow remembered! Concierge was very very helpful. Food was easy to reach rooms when ordered via Mithuan app. Was charged RMB 98 each for each child’s swimming cap which was a rip off. (Had to buy 3) Toilet got blocked on first day first hour but got sorted instantly. Had connecting rooms arranged on 2nd day as there was a 2 hour wait on 1st day for connecting rooms with family of 6. Did not really get the upgrade I expected for being a Hilton’s Gold member. Paid hotel booking for breakfast although it was included in my Gold membership but was not reimbursed. Paid roughly 90£ extra for 2 days. Swimming pool not as big as it looks in pictures."

"Staff was great, they used a translator device to answer our questions. The bathroom situation is a bit odd. For rooms with one bed the bathrooms are fully private. For two beds, however, there is a huge window with a thing that’s supposed to blur the view in but it’s doesn’t cover the whole window and where it does, it doesn’t blur the view into the bathroom enough. Makes things a bit awkward with the person you don’t want to even share a bed with…"

"Absolutely loved my room. I had a private bathroom with shower. And a punch bowl tub in the middle of my living room to see the view of the city, and two types of bath salts! Great amenities in the room. You get two complimentary bottles of water, toothbrush, comb, and slippers. **If you get the breakfast option, it is worth the deal!!! Tons of great comfort food from noodle station, bao station, congee, stir fry vegetables, a dessert station, steamed corn, etc. There are A LOT of options!!! States there's a gym, although I did not go. Also a high end restaurant in front of hotel, I highly suggest it. The front desk ladies do not speak much English. I used a translator, and they were very kind to try and help. If they don't know, they're honest about it and not waste your time. Overall, a great place!!! I slept so well here! There is an Aldi and a shopping mall short of a 10 minute walk. There are also a few eateries, and a spa. I did not go inside the spa, so couldn't say much about it. "

"The three young ladies at the front desk were welcoming and friendly. I was offered a free room upgrade, but I could hear everything through the vents. The occasional mobile ringtone, the hourly shower or rain water crashing against a hard surface, the chatter from the hallway, and etc. I found loose hairs of different textures on the sheets and blanket. One of the bath towels had red food stains from what looked like hot chili oil. The communal spaces were filthy. The washing machines require you to download an app. Luckily, I was only there for one night."
