the apartment is located in the heart of the pedestrian area of Sanremo, with a view of the casino gardens just 3 minutes walk from the most beautiful beaches in the city. The house is completely renovated with nice furnishings, located on the 1st floor (raised) of the typical Ligurian house. the area is very quiet, also suitable for families.

The 60 m2 apartment consists of 1 room with kitchenette and sofa bed for 2 people 1 bedroom with double bed 1 bedroom with armchair / single bed, (cot available for baby) 2 bathrooms with shower

The apartment is ideal for the stay of 4 people, but you can also stay comfortably in 5. you find it fully furnished with all the equipment / utensils for cooking: gas stove, fridge, electric kettle, microwave oven, and all the pizzeria, cutlery and cookware needed ... The room has a TV and radio. In addition, the apartment is supplied with blankets, pillows, quilts (towels and bed linen can be brought or for a fee given), and a baby bed.
The city of sanremo is located at the beginning of the Italian part of the blue coast, and for all it is known as the city of flowers and the Italian song festival. But these last years San Remo is changing its tourist destination; with the opening of the cycle path of 35 km, which connects Sanremo with Imperia, it has become one of the most interesting European destinations for tourism so-called "alternative". long walks, loves bike routes or simply a walk with his dog, Sanremo and the right destination.

Lovely apartment, Clean, spacious, with everything you need.
Katarina was very helpful during our stay, responded very quickly to anything i asked. Gave us recommendations of places to go, restaurants to eat at. Her Apartment was perfect for my family with 3 children ages 2,6 and 12. The pictures don't really do it justice. Two toilets with showers was super handy. The apartment is very central litterally a 5 minute walk to the beach. Will definitely be back to this apartment. Grazie Katarina!

Esperienza non positiva Casa vacanze poco adatta al periodo invernale Nonostante i 2 termosifoni elettrici nell’appartamento non c’era una temperatura adatta ed ancor meno nei bagni (un po’ vecchiotti). Dopo la prima notte moglie e figlia sono andate in albergo e sono rimasto io solo con il cane. Peccato Buona invece la posizione

Appartamento in una posizione strategica, a due passi dalla via principale e a due passi dalla spiaggia. Unica pecca la mancanza dell’ascensore, ma essendo un edificio vecchio non c’è alternativa. Le scale sono un po’ scomode da fare soprattutto con le valigie in mano. Katarina è stata molto gentile ed educata fin da subito, ci ha dato molti consigli su ristoranti, spiagge ecc. Molto consigliata!

Soggiorno estivo Sanremo
Alloggio così come da foto dell'annuncio, pulito e funzionale, molto apprezzata la presenza di due bagni avendo soggiornato in 5 persone; si trova in una zona pedonale, ma è molto comodo sia per la spiaggia che per le vie dello shopping e soprattutto per il teatro Ariston a pochissimi minuti a piedi dalla proprietà (ci siamo recati agli spettacoli per ben tre serate, il cartellone è vario e di qualità anche in estate). Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole. Sicuramente da tenere in considerazione anche per brevi fughe negli altri periodi dell'anno.
