The apartment is located in the hills above Sanremo, in the Solaro area—a quiet area surrounded by greenery and sheltered from the noise of city centre traffic, yet extremely convenient: you can reach city centre and the Foce area in just 5 minutes!

The lower part of Solaro is just a few minutes’ walk from the main amenities in Foce (supermarkets, beaches, and the bike path). The climb up to the upper part, however, is steeper.

In Solaro, you’ll find “Solaro Sporting,” a renowned local sports centre featuring tennis courts, padel courts, a swimming pool, and a gym; and the Equestrian Centre, which attracts enthusiasts and hosts even international competitions.
