This authentic and traditional finca, which was completely renovated in 2013, is located in a protected rural area between Santa Gertrudis, San Mateo and San Rafael and offers breathtaking views over the hills and the valley. Situated on a 15,000 m² plot, the finca offers 350 m² of living space on one level. With its simple, cosy interior, the house ensures complete privacy and is therefore ideal for nature lovers and families looking for peace and relaxation.

The property has a large hallway that leads to the living room with TV and WiFi. The fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the dining room, which opens onto the garden.

In the original part of the finca there are two bedrooms with two single beds (0.90x2.00m), a bathroom with shower, as well as a large children's bedroom with two bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower.

In the newer part of the finca, the master bedroom has a double bed (1.80 m), an en-suite bathroom and access to the garden. There is also a bedroom with two single beds (0.90x2.00m) that can be converted into a double bed, as well as a bathroom with shower in the hallway.

Outside, the finca has a large covered veranda at the entrance, a 12x5.5m pool, an outdoor dining area and a chill-out area.

Please note that the last section of the access road to the villa is unpaved, so we recommend hiring a vehicle as taxis tend to avoid unpaved roads.
