This hotel is quite close to the rather small beach. It has a large lobby and some helpful staff. The first room could not be locked from the inside so after a written complaint as my verbal complaint was not taken seriously we were given another room with some added facilities the following day. However, there were black ants in this room, the commode seat was coming off at one end and the bed was so soft that I woke up with serious pains in my lower back on both nights that we slept there. The rooftop pool area was a highlight—a beautiful sun trap with comfy beds that was wonderfully quiet, perfect for relaxing in the late afternoon and early evening. The breakfast was nice and good value for the price, but the queue for the lone coffee/tea machine was long and slow so it is recommended that another machine be installed at the other end of the counter. We also had a great dining experience at the hotel's restaurant, where the food was delicious and the views of the beach were lovely. It would be nice if all rooms are thoroughly checked for issues and fixed so that customers have no cause for complaint.

Had a suite which was a fantastic size for 2 of us. Great having a separate shower and bath as I am disabled and not able to get in the bath, However there were no handles in the shower to hold onto and the floor was very slippery and dangerous, Even the bathroom floor when it was wet was slippery. Pool was l ovely everything very clean and loads of clean towels and sheets. Lovely cleaning lady. Enjoyed the meals especially the salad and dessert buffet. Was not over keen on Gala Night as food not up to standard and no buffet. Waiters were great especially Simon and Jasmina looked after us very well. Very quiet just what we wanted. Pool area good plenty of loungers and staff came round every afternoon with either complimentary drinks or fruit. No lights from accommodation block along side of bar so difficult to see to get to reception at night. Did enjoy holiday and had several massages which were extremely good.

Fantastic hotel. Beautiful setting, staff are extremely friendly. Stayed here seven nights and didn’t want to leave.

Good options continue to be acceptable although not outstanding. The quality would benefit from improvement

We had a good week at the hotel, especially due to the perfect location near to the lovely beach with a very nice walk over the dunes. Due to the travel time of mid October it was very calm and quiet. We also need to make a compliment to the staff which was gentle and nice all over the time without any exception. Room for improvements is the cleanliness in a very sandy enironment. Room service was only every second day and even though we swept up the dirt ourselves, the pile was not removed by the staff later on, because they didn´r recognice. We also had problems with the toilet flush which needed a lot time to refill (en issue with 4 people in a room). The buffet was complient for childs, which enjoyed it every day. For the adults it was a long week with a lot of repetitions and with average quality. Of course you can´t consider someting special in a 3 star hotel, but it could have been better. All in all we had a good time and the children didn´t care about the weak points mentioned above.
