"We have just checked out of the Novotel after a great stay. Sad to be leaving! We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to others. The breakfast is a great addition and a good way to start the day. Local to the metro and tram lines at Glories (within a 5 min walk). The Westfield shopping centre is next door with an abundance of shops. Plus there is a pharmacy if needed directly behind the hotel. We requested a high floor in advance and this was honoured upon check in. The pool is small but handy on the rooftop with great views. Unfortunately, too cold this time of year but it would be wonderful in the summer. The staff have all been attentive and excellent. Shout out to Irina on the reception bar who went over and above to help our son with a specific request, we do appreciate this and thank you again! Hotel is generally quiet although there are lots of people coming and going. Plus, it is in a built up but quiet and safe area of Barcelona. If you’re contemplating this hotel, I would book. We would stay again. "
