Location is good but the hotel is bad. No kettle no tea coffee or water in the room. AC not working properly and bed was very uncomfortable. They did nothing even after I complained

Upon our arrival at the hotel, Javi and the entire staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Everyone was exceptionally friendly, professional, and eager to help, making our stay truly memorable. One experience that really stood out was when one of the bellmen literally ran into the street to catch a taxi for us because we were running late for our tour (I wish I could recall his name) That level of care and dedication perfectly reflects the outstanding service we received throughout our stay. The team consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wonderful variety of options, and the staff was incredibly accommodating to our family’s needs. Overall, we had an amazing experience. We traveled as a family, my husband, our three adult daughters, and I, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We truly appreciated the exceptional hospitality and would gladly return and recommend this hotel to others.
