We had a mixed experience during our stay. The hotel itself was pleasant, and the receptionist was kind , which we truly appreciated.
However, the cleanliness and housekeeping services could be improved. During our stay, used glasses were not consistently collected.
The biggest issue we encountered was with the air conditioning. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we found that the hotel did not have air conditioning available.
Because the room was too warm to sleep comfortably without air conditioning, we had to keep the windows open, which made it difficult to rest due to the noise. We were often awakened early in the morning because of this.
While we appreciated the friendly service at the front desk, the lack of air conditioning and overall comfort would prevent us from staying here again.
