"Very good choice for the business traveler or for a tourist who will be spending all day (and most of the night) outside the hotel. The place is clean, comfortable, providing all the necessary amenities. For those unfamiliar with the city, the initial impression is that you are in the middle of nowhere. The hotel is located in a residential area with nothing to see or do within walking distance. However, the center of city, the various landmarks, and the seaside are easily accessible my the metro, bus or taxi but not by walking. The hotel staff were attentive and friendly. The room was cleaned on a daily basis. Overall, an excellent choice for the budget conscious traveler."

"Lovely big rooms in this hotel Our room was a bit tired especially in the bathroom the shower glass was not very clean and what looked like long hair on the shower tap so just needed a bit more cleaning. Staff at reception very helpful"

"My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. We stayed in a room with an ocean view and it was just wonderful. We used our balcony in the morning, late afternoon and every evening. It was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful, however the lines were usually long to talk to someone at the front desk. The location was perfect. Very close to the train station and so many shops, restaurants and pubs. We would definitely come back to Santa Susanna and stay here again!"
