Super hôte et tres bon emplacement

Oui avons séjournes en famille dans la maison d’Antonio qui nous a accueilli à notre arrivée en nous offrant des fruits de son verger et nous donnant des conseils sur les environs (où se garer à Sorrente, que voir …). Bref un hôte au top Et un logement parfait pour notre séjour en famille (2 vraies chambres et une grande salle de bain). Cerise sur le gâteau une vue magnifique sur le Vésuve depuis la terrasse ensoleillée

Prachtig uitzicht, fijne gastheer

Antonio is een prima gastheer, hij wil het je graag naar de zin te maken. Wij - ook onze hond - voelden ons zeer welkom in Casa Antonio. Het huis is ruim. Het uitzicht vanaf het boven-terras van het huis op de baai van Napels en de Vesuvius is adembenemend mooi. Prachtige bloemen - en vruchtentuin naast de toegangsweg Het centrum van het dorpje is aan het einde van de straat, met een kleine, goed gesorteerde supermarkt, twee cafeetjes en twee goede restaurants. Diverse excursiemogelijkheden, maar houd er rekening mee dat het overal druk kan zijn . We hebben prachtige wandelingen gemaakt met onze hond. Vanuit huis is dat beperkt mogelijk. Al met al is Casa Antonio een echte aanrader.

Wunderbares Haus und Gastfreundschaft

Wir waren im Juli für knapp zwei Wochen in dem Haus. Die Lage des Hauses und der Ausblick über die Bucht von Neapel und den Vesuv ist fantastisch. Das Haus ist wunderschön renoviert und modernisiert. Wir waren zu Dritt und hatten mit den zwei Schlafzimmern mehr als genug Platz. Der Garten ist ein kleines Eden mit Zitronenbäumen, blühenden Pflanzen und Gemüsebeeten. Etwas schwierig ist die Zufahrt zum Haus (eng und steil). Hier sollte ein Auto nicht größer sein als z.B ein VW Golf. Antonio ist ein hilfsbereiter und sich kümmernder Gastgeber, aber dabei immer diskret. Er hat uns viele Informationen und Tipps gegeben und auch eine Mitfahrgelegenheit nach Sorrento. Der Ort Colli di Fontanelle bietet mehrere Restaurants/Pizzerien sowie Eisdielen. Es gibt einen kleinen Minimarkt, einen Metzger sowie ein Weingut. Alle Geschäfte sind ca. 100 -200 Meter vom Haus erreichbar. Die Lage des Hauses bzw. der Ort Colli di Fontanelle ist ideal für Ausflüge nach Neapel, Pompeji, die Amalfiküste, Capri usw. Es bietet sich an den Bus zu nehmen (Hält direkt im Ort - der Fahrplan ist nicht ganz klar), da es mit dem Parken in den Orten nicht so einfach ist. Die Strasse von Positano nach Amalfi macht mit dem Auto zur Hochsaison auch keinen Spass. Der Bus ist nervenschonender und günstig. Nach Neapel fährt auch ein Zug ab Sorrento. Und wenn Sie nichts tun möchten, ist dieses Haus perfekt für einen Entspannungstag. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und möchten uns nochmal für die tolle Gastfreundschaft von Antonio bedanken.

La maison idéale entre Naples et la côte Amalfitaine

Les photos parlent d'elles même, la vue de la terrasse sur Naples et le Vésuve est sublime. Le jardin est un petit Eden entre citronniers, plantes fleuries et le potager . La rénovation faite par le propriétaire de la maison de sa grand mère est remarquable c'est joli et spacieux. Antonio Garguilo est un hôte présent ( entretien du jardin oblige) mais discret à l'écoute est toujours près à informer et conseiller . Le village possède plusieurs restaurants et pizzérias ainsi que géllatérias et une bien pratique supérette le tout distant de la maison de 100 mètres, une boucherie laiterie (300m à droite en sortant dans la colline )permet d'acheter de la viande fraîche et de la mozzarella de vache (pas de bufflonne) fraîche aussi . L'accès de la maison est délicat (route étroite et entrée pentue)et nécessite donc un véhicule de taille modeste de type C3 . La situation est idéale pour visiter à la fois Naples ( circulation pas si terrible que ça) le Vésuve,Pompéï,Herculanum, le volcan de la Solfatéra est fermé pour au moins un an et demi voire plus ( les italiens ont une gestion de leurs sites touristiques très laxiste) la délicieuse côte Amalfitaine où là aussi vous serez heureux d'avoir un petit véhicule, Capri et ses hordes de touristes...et si vous avez temps visitez Reggia di Caserta le parc est étonnant..Tout ceci pour dire que la Antonio's House est parfaitement située et avec une petite habitude on est vite sur les lieux touristiques. Et quand on a envie de ne rien faire cette maison est parfaite entre tonnelle et chaises longues. Merci Antonio pour votre gentillesse et votre accueil.

Heerlijk vakantieverblijf door rustige ligging met panoramisch uitzicht vanaf het dakterras op de golf van Napels en een grote tuin vol citrusvruchten. Zeer behulpzame eigenaar. Prachtige wandeltochten te maken in directe omgeving, kaartmateriaal aanwezig.

Fantastich!

Wat een geweldig huis, wat een fantastische omgeving, wat een hartelijk ontvangst! Vijf sterren geef ik niet snel, maar dit huis was het helemaal waard. Een dorp met 3 restaurants, een bakker die z'n brood bakt op hout gestookte oven, een wijnboer waar je heerlijke wijn kunt kopen, een boerderij op loopafstand waar je 's ochtends je verse Mozzarella en vlees kunt kopen. Het uitzicht vanaf het terras boven, is prachtig. Vesuvius en de lichtjes van Napels als uitzicht is adembenemend. Niet twijfelen over dit huis (ik persoonlijk zou het niet met 6 volwassen boeken) maar boek, ik overdrijf niet! Eigenaar spreekt heel goed Engels en kan je veel tips geven wat te bezichtigen of te bezoeken. Groet!

Super sejour

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine chez Antonio. La maison est très agréable, un confort simple mais propre, au calme et surtout avec une vue magnifique de la terrasse sur la baie et le VEsuve . Antonio a été très sympa et serviable. Nous avons dîner plusieurs fois a la pizzeria du village qui est vraiment bien. Dans le village une supérette, une bonne pâtisserie, un bar et quelques restos. Les commerçants très sympas. Juste pour info, heureusement nous avions une voiture pas trop grande car l'accès à la maison n'est pas très facile. La maison est géographiquement très bien située pour visiter la région. Nous conseillons cette location et espérons pouvoir y retourner un jour.

un séjour super

Avons passé 15 jours supers dans la "maison avec jardin sur les collines de Sorrente". Ensemble très positif : gentillesse et accueil d'Antonio, grande maison fonctionnelle et spacieuse , jardin ombragé de bonne taille, terrasse intérieure abritée du vent pour les repas, vue magnifique de la terrasse -au-dessus du toit de la cuisine- sur la baie de Naples, le Vésuve et Sorrente tout en bas, calme, paisible et petits commerces de proximité pour se ravitailler (pas beaucoup de grandes surfaces en Italie) -accueil et gentillesse garantis. Il faut compter 1h pour "sortir" de la presqu'île de Sorrente et se rendre sur les sites touristiques. Ca se fait sans problème en tout cas en mai. Deux remarques : l'entrée dans la propriété requiert une bonne connaissance des dimensions de son véhicule et un conducteur précis (on entre au décimètre près !) , mieux vaut un véhicule un peu haut. L'autre remarque concerne l'équipement de la cuisine un peu juste (plat de services, moules, couteaux de service). Mais il y a à proximité des petis restaurants très abordables. en tout cas un coktail réussi pour passer un bon séjour. Grazie Antonio

Séjour conforme à la description.

La maison est très bien située pour visiter la côte Amalfitaine en voiture. Pas de mauvaises surprises. Maison agréable, bien aérée, terrasses et jardin accueillants. Gentillesse et disponibilité du propriétaire. Les restos conseillés par Antonio sont de qualité et à prix démocratiques et surtout accessibles à pied.Le village de Colli di Fontanelle est un excellent point de départ pour des visites soit vers Sorrento, Pompéi ou Naples, soit vers Positano, Amalfi, Ravello et Salerno. Nous avons passé une chouette semaine chez Antonio ( 2 couples d'amis). Claude

soggiorno nella casa di alberto durante le vacanza

Il nostro soggiorno nella casa di Antonio e stato benissimo. La casa e comoda e pulita, abbastanza vicina della costa Amalfitana, di Pompei, di Napoli e di Capri. Antonio e un propietario molto simpatico e discreto. Abbiamo visitato le citta di Amalfi e di Ravello: magnifico! e abbiamo preso il nave per andare sull'isola di Capri: una bellissima passegita! grazie Antonio per la sua accoglienza !

Un superbe séjour !

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette maison en juillet 2014, avec nos deux adolescentes. Ça été une super semaine ! La maison est grande, propre, claire et très bien équipée pour profiter de l'extérieur. La terrasse offre une magnifique vue sur la baie de Naples et le jardin permet de profiter d'une belle fraicheur et de belles soirées (en plus de nous fournir en citrons frais !!!). On se sentait comme à la maison mais avec tout un décor ! Tout en étant tranquille et un peu retiré, on était tout près de restos, épiceries et gelato...on pouvait faire tout ça à pied. Très bien situé entre la côte amalfitaine et Sorrento, à moins d'une heure de Naples, le Vésuve et Pompéi, ainsi que de la traversée pour Capri. Notre hôte, Antonio, a été très sympathique et accueillant. Merci pour tout Antonio ! Nous recommandons cette location !
