" Unfortunately we didn’t get any check in instructions, so we had to call them to send a guy to check us in. He didn’t speak a word of english, so the information was rather lacking. "This is a very nice hotel and the staff is very helpful. It’s in a great location, close to everything in Taormina. Would stay here again. Breakfast was good with plenty of food. Do NOT use the ATM near the travel agency down the street, there is a pair of them. HUGE SCAM, they don’t provide receipts and ripped me off by 50 dollars. "

"If you need a hotel with stunning views and great access to the cable car, this is the place. The staff's response is immediate. For any request, their answer is YES, and then they clarify what is needed. They react promptly to minor complaints. Everything is of very high quality and pleasant. Because of this, even tipping the staff was not an issue. Water was replenished every day. The only downside I would suggest is that they should consider organizing additional wine tastings on-site.Beach view fantastic "
